School Band
The school band has been an important part of Sacred Heart Convent
School through all her golden years.
It is an integral part for all the school events, functions and celebrations. It always
tries its best to make everlasting memories for all. The school band promotes the
value of self discipline, work efficiency and team work.
A student becomes a better multitasker, who can listen as well as change the tempo
together as a unit with good coordination. Our school band is so renowned in
Jamshedpur that it is invited every year by Tata Steel to play for their various
departments on the Founder’s Day (3 rd March) and for the Run-a-thon. The band is
an important part of our in-house events like sports day, celebration of national days
etc.
The band helps students to accomplish our vision for a holistic
development and instill the values of leadership and discipline.
