A student gets admitted at the Kg level and in class XI.
A transfer certificate from the school last attended should be presented at the time of admission.
All students must produce valid Birth Certificate. A valid Birth Certificate is to be submitted at the time of admission to LKG.
A new candidate must be introduced personally to the Principal by the parents.
Guardians are expected to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent change will be permitted thereafter for any reason.
The admission procedure is completed before the announcement of the ICSE results; therefore , admission will purely depend upon the marks secured in classes IX and X and behavior of the individual in the school.
Please note that admission to class XI is only provisional and it will be regularized only after the child has passed X (ICSE) examination.
a) A month’s notice or a month’s fee is required prior to the withdrawal of a student.
b) If a student is withdrawn for any length of time and parents wish that she be re – admitted, an entrance test will be held and the Admission Fee will be charged again.
A written application must be given by the parent/ Guardian for the Transfer Certificate of a student
The transfer Certificate will be issued on a payment of Rs. 100/- only after school fees and other dues have been cleared.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for her action.

Shield :	A shield is a symbol of an institution. It is divided into three parts. On the left top is a star, a book, a cross and mountains.
Star :	The star shows the light of God. Our loving God in heaven is sending his protection on our educational institution. his love and wisdom is always with us.
Cross :	The cross is a symbol of Christianity. It is also a symbol of hope in the time of suffering.
Mountains :	The mountains show the ascetic life of the Apostolic Carmel Sisters.
Book :	The book tells us of the educational aspect of the institution. We guide our students to be spiritually oriented, intellectually well informed, emotionally balanced and socially concerned citizens.
Industry :	On the right is the plant of Tata Steel. The Sisters were invited by Tata Steel officials to open a school for the children.
Sacred Heart of Jesus :	The third part is the lower half. It shows the Sacred Heart of Jesus after whom the school is named. The Sacred Heart is the symbol of love that Jesus Christ has for each one of us. From this comes the motto of the school, Love conquers all.
